Description

The Yaxell 2 Stage Sharpener is a great choice to maintain the razor-sharp performance of VG10 steel blades. Equipped with two #400 whetstones, it’s suitable for single and double-bevel blades. To sharpen, all that’s required is to securely wet the knife’s edge and, using a pulling motion, run it in each slot 10 times. Once complete, quickly clean the blade with lukewarm water and you’re ready to go. Incredibly lightweight and portable, this sharpener makes honing your blades a breeze.

Cleaning & Care

• Wipe the sharpener exterior with a clean soft cloth.
• Wet the blade with water prior to sharpening.
• Wash the knife after sharpening in lukewarm water then carefully wipe with a dry cloth.
